British Music

We have added British Music to our online gambling website as we are definitely fans of British Rock and thought it would be nice to offer those visitors to our website music that they appreciate. This is an opportunity to give something to our visitors to our website other than just online gambling as you may feel relaxed when you may take a break and listen to some Rock and Roll Music that you appreciate.

With the English Bands and Solo Performers that we have chosen for British Music, they are all performers that have not lost their popularity over the years as their music is appreciated by all age groups. Thinking of the Beatles, they are definitely the most popular British Band of modern times and their music is appreciated by all age groups. As well the Rolling Stones have remained popular over the years and considering Mick Jagger at 64 years old can still strut up to 12 miles on stage when giving a performance which is more than remarkable.

The Bee Gees are another popular British Band that consisted of Barry, Robin and Maurice Gibb who performed from the 1960's until 2003 with the death of Maurice Gibbon January 12, 2003 from a strangled intestine. They definitely were a band of brothers who were more than successful for more than forty years as a harmonic soft rock act in the 1960's and earl 1970's and as the foremost stars of the disco music era in the late 1970's.

When it comes to British Music, Eric Clapton is another very popular British Performer who played with the Yardbirds from 1963 to 1965 where he acquired the nickname "Slowhand". Apparently when he would break a guitar string on stage, he would immediately replace it himself and the audience would respond with slow hand claps until he was finished and ready to play again. Other bands that Eric Clapton belonged to included the Bluebreakers, Cream and Derek and the Dominos and finally in 1973 he struck out on his own to perform.

These are just some of the British Bands and Solo Performers that we have added to our British Music section. All the Videos that you will see are courtesy of You Tube and they are definitely all popular British Songs.
